As from 31st March, 2024 the surgery repeat prescription telephone order line will permanently close. From this date you can order repeat medication in the following ways:
- By using SystmOnline, if you are not registered to use this service, please complete our Register for Online Services Form
- By completing our online Repeat Prescription Request form
- Through your local pharmacy
- In person using our repeat medication request form / tear-off slip from your last prescription and ticking the medication required and placing your request slip in the red box in the lobby area
- By postÂ
Please allow a period of 3 days for us to process your repeat prescriptions requests.
